The Wild Survival Academy (Hereinafter referred as WSA) are the owners of the website, having our registered office at 819, Manjeera Majestic Commercial, JNTU Road, KPHB Colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad- 500072,India.

The terms of use agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') along with the privacy policy governs the use of this website (www.thewildsurvival.com) (hereinafter referred to as 'the website'), and all purchases made by the visitors (hereinafter referred to as 'you' or 'user') from this website. The services and information offered on this website are available to you conditionally on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms enumerated in these terms of use agreement. If you disagree with any of the terms and conditions enumerated in these terms of use agreement, you must not use the website or avail of any of the services provided herein.

WSA reserves the right to change or revise these terms of use agreement on this website. The changed/revised agreement shall be effective immediately after being posted on the website. Your use of the website after such revision or changes shall imply your acceptance to the changed/revised agreement.

This website offers information and marketing materials provided directly by us or through third party sources. The website may also allow you to purchase various programs for various adventure activities designed by WSA

The content provided by us on the website is the exclusive property of WSA and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws as applicable in India. You, hereby acknowledge the content to be the intellectual property of WSA and are restrained from removing, changing or altering the same.

You are hereby licensed to view the pages on a web browser. However, the license extends to your personal or official use of the website alone. Unless permitted expressly you may not republish, reproduce or redistribute the contents and services provided in the website or show or exploit the material provided in the website in public.
 

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

The programs conducted by WSA are offered on ‘as is’ and ‘as available basis’. No modification or concessions can be made to the packages without the express consent of WSA. Furthermore, WSA gives no guarantees or warranties for the reliability, suitability or punctuality of the services provided under the packages opted by you through the website. The same are subjected to adjustments and modification depending on circumstances, including but not limited to, Acts of God, Road Blockages, delayed arrival, accidents and other circumstances beyond the control of WSA. Any extra cost that may arise due to the abovementioned circumstances shall be borne by the user alone.

It is the duty of the user to verify and confirm that the contents of the website and the programs provided on the website meet the specific requirements of the user. Furthermore, it is the duty of the user to verify the itinerary provided for the specific package provided by WSA.

The programs availed by the user shall be confirmed only after the payment of the complete cost of program. The website may provide various payment methods through third party gateways for the convenience of the users. The user shall avail of these mediums for payment at their own risk. WSA takes no responsibility for the risks and damages that may occur to the user by making use of these payment gateways.
 

CANCELLATION

If the user wishes to cancel any booking due to any reason whatsoever, the same shall be only valid if WSA is notified of the cancellation in writing or by email on its official address as given in the website, at least 15 days before the commencement of the Program. Any refund due to the user by WSA shall be subject to cancellation charges.

Cancellation request received on Sundays and public holidays shall be processed only on the next official working day.
 

REFUNDS

The following refund shall be payable to the user in case of valid cancellation of a program:

If the cancellation request is received before 45 days from the commencement of the program, the whole amount paid for the said program will be refunded.

If the cancellation request is received between 30 to 45 days from the commencement of the trip, 50% of the trip cost shall be refunded.

In cases where the cancellation request is not received before 15 days from the commencement of the trip WSA shall not be liable to pay any refund.

The abovementioned refunds are subjected to deductions for any expenses that may have been incurred for venue booking or transport etc, by WSA.

In cases where the request for cancellation is received after the commencement of the program or if the user voluntarily drops out of the specific program for any reason whatsoever, WSA shall not be liable to pay any refund. Furthermore, no refund shall be payable by WSA for any of the service or facility provided by WSA in its program, but not availed by the user.
 

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER

It is the duty of the user to verify the dates and itinerary of the programs conducted by WSA.

The survival programs are designed to push the human body to its limit and hence are full of hazardous and strenuous conditions and circumstances. Reasonable mental and physical robustness is desirable for accomplishment of the objective.

If you suffer from any ailments and disabilities, that may hinder your participation in the survival program or which may pose risks when subjected to extreme conditions during the our activities, it shall be your sole responsibility to get proper medical check-up done.WSA shall not be liable for any harm or damage that may befall you because of your inadequate physical, mental and medical preparation for the adventure activity.

Luggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the user and the user will carry them at their own risk. While on an activity the users are required to behave in a manner acceptable and conducive to group. The user shall refrain of acting in any manner which may be socially or morally unacceptable and which may cause annoyance or discomfort for the fellow participants or may endanger their life, person or possession. WSA reserves the right to terminate the adventure activity, without refund, of any user who may act in the manner aforesaid mentioned.
 

PHOTOGRAPH RELEASE

WSA reserves its right to take photographs of you during your participation of an adventure activity organized by WSA and to edit, alter, copy, exhibit and use the same, in whole or in part, in any form and manner, through any medium, in print, internet and social media, for promotion, publicity, advertisements, illustrations and web content. You hereby waive all rights to the photographs taken of you during the adventure activity and release and indemnify WSA, its directors, partners, agents and servants from all claims, demands and actions which may arise because of the use of those photographs.
 

DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTIES

We take utmost care that the content and the services provided in the website are accurate, however some inaccuracies or deficiencies in the content and the services may inadvertently occur. The information and the programs provided on the website may be availed by the user at his own risk. WSA herein disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, on the accuracy, veracity and suitability of the information and the services provided in this website. You hereby acknowledge that the information and services provided in this website may contain inaccuracies, deficiencies and errors.
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The extent of liability, and the extent of remedy, with respect to the contents of the website and the services provided herein, or any breach of agreement shall be limited to the extent of the amount paid by the user for the information of service provided. To the extent of contents and information that is provided free of charge on this website, WSA will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of that.

WSA shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or incidentally from the use of the website, its contents or the packages provided on the website or any loss suffered by the user in payments made through the website.

It is imperative that the user assent to the participation form/waiver of rights/indemnity bond by affixing their signature before undertaking the adventure activity provided through this website by WSA. WSA reserves the right to refuse the user from participation in the adventure activity if the user refuses to assent to the participation form/waiver of rights/indemnity bond and WSA shall not be liable to make any refund for the same.
 

INDEMNITY

You hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless WSA and any of its directors, partners, officers, shareholders servants and agents from all liability, claims, damages cost and expenses, arising from breach of any obligations or warranties provided under this agreement, or from the use of the information, services and packages provided on the website.
